Three pets allowed per apartment.  We require a pet interview and proper vaccination records. The Pet Fee for pets under 50 lbs is $400.00 and $500 for pets over 50 lbs (ask us about our "Easy Pay"). A $200.00 Pet Deposit is also required per pet.  Some "breeds" require renters and liability insurance and a Good Canine Certificate.
